AHCA Report Conversion Instructions

Instructions to submit a quarterly AHCA report to the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration

1. Export the AHCA Report from QuickSight

  1. Go to QuickSight

    • Account name: procision-prod

  2. Open the AHCA Report dashboard.

  3. Select the Year and Quarter you want to export.

  4. In the upper-right corner, click the … (More options) menu.

  5. Choose Export to CSV and save the file locally.

2. Import the CSV into the AHCA Report Converter

  1. Open the AHCA Report Converter spreadsheet (ask us where to find it).

  2. In the menu bar, click File → Import.

  3. Select Upload, choose the CSV you saved, and pick Replace current sheet.

3. Generate the XML File

  1. From the menu bar, click AHCA Tools.

  2. Select Convert CSV to XML (AS10-5).

  3. A popup will appear — click the download link to save the generated XML file.

4. Submit to AHCA

  1. Log into the AHCA submission portal.

  2. Upload the XML file you just downloaded.
